*We’re Hiring: Administrative Officer for Qatar*
*Location:* Excellence Training Centre, Doha, Qatar
Excellence Training Centre is on the lookout for a young, energetic, and experienced administrative professional to join our dynamic team!
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Manage daily operational errands efficiently
* Coordinate with departments and maintain schedules
* Be active, hardworking, and able to multitask under pressure
* Demonstrate excellent communication skills and coordinate effectively with staff and clients
* Bank-related experience is a plus
*Compensation & Benefits:*
* Basic Salary & Allowances: QAR 2,000
* Accommodation Allowance: QAR 750
* Health Insurance: Hammad Hospital Health Card
* Annual Leave: 21 paid days per year
* Airfare: One-way ticket every year or round-trip every two years
* Gratuity: Eligible upon completion of contract, as per Qatar Labour Law (based on final salary and duration of service)
*Commission Structure:*
* Refund Avoidance: 5% commission on avoided refunds
* Sales: 10% commission on successful sales
* Recruitment: QAR 100–300 per successful hire
* Staff Training: QAR 100–300 per staff member trained
