Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive who will focus on leveraging Social Media Marketing (SMM) platforms to , close sales (Front and Upsell), and promote our products/services. The ideal candidate must be well-versed in digital engagement techniques, have a knack for social media trends, and possess strong sales skills to convert followers into loyal customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Use social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.) to identify and engage potential clients.
Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads obtained via social media campaigns and ads.
Collaborate with the marketing team to design and run promotional campaigns that drive engagement and sales.
Convert inbound messages, comments, and inquiries into sales opportunities.
Handle direct communication with prospects via messaging, calls, and video chats to close sales.
Build and maintain strong relationships with online customers.
Monitor analytics and performance of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed to increase ROI.
Stay updated with the latest trends in social media and digital sales techniques.
Maintain CRM records and prepare daily/weekly sales reports.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sales Executive, preferably in a digital or social media-focused role.
Solid understanding of Social Media Marketing platforms and tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to create engaging messages and respond promptly to customer inquiries.
Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field is preferred.
