Requirement in a Well-Reputed Catering Company in Qatar:
Job Title: Catering Supervisor.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in a Relevant Field.
Minimum 2-4 Years of Experience.
Responsibilities:
1) Supervise & Lead Catering Staff, Including Servers, Chefs & Kitchen Personnel.
2) Monitor compliance with all FSHSE Regulations for Food Preparation.
3) Provide Guidance, Training, and Support to Ensure the Team Delivers Exceptional Service.
4) Plan & Coordinate Catering Logistics, Including Setup, Service & Clean-Up.
5) Handle any customer inquiries, issues, or Special Requests Professionally.
6) Monitor Food Quality to Ensure it meets Culinary Standards & is Presented Attractively.
7) Oversee Food Preparation & Service to Maintain Freshness & Food Safety.
8 ) Manage catering Supplies ensuring they are Well-Stocked.
9) Track Inventory, Place Orders & Oversee Inventory Control.
10) Assist in Food Preparation.
11) Maintain Communication with the Catering Manager.
12) Ensure all Food & Beverage items are Presented & Served Properly.
13) Maintain Smooth & Timely Operations in Meal Preparation, Delivery & Kitchen Sanitation.
14) Control Inventories of Food and Equipment, Reporting Shortages as Necessary.
15) Foster Positive Employee Relations & Supportive Team Environment.
16) Ensure Compliance with FSHSE Regulations & Personal Hygiene Standards.
17) Maintain a Safe & Clean Working Environment for all Catering Operations.
18) Oversee Facility Management in the Absence of the Catering Manager.
19) Understand & Follow Emergency Response Procedures for Accidents, Fires or Safety Hazards.
20) Maintain Records Related to Food Safety & FSHSE Practices.
Salary: QAR 1800/Month + OverTime (OT)
