Job Title: Quality Assurance (QA) Coordinator

Job Summary
The QA Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the Quality Management System by ensuring all
clinical trial activities comply with ICH-GCP, FDA regulations, IRB requirements, SOPs, and sponsor
expectations. This role involves monitoring and reviewing study documentation, performing source
documentation and EDC/eCRF reviews, supporting audits, and assisting with quality improvement.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform source documentation reviews to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance
with protocol and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct EDC/eCRF reviews to verify consistency with source documents and resolve
discrepancies.
• Support internal audits of ISF/TMF, regulatory documents, informed consent, IP accountability,
and study visit documentation.
• Assist with CAPA development, follow-up, and implementation tracking.
• Maintain study files and documentation in accordance with SOPs, sponsor expectations, and
inspection readiness standards.
• Support audit and inspection preparation and respond to findings in collaboration with study
teams.
• Track quality metrics, deviations, and corrective actions to facilitate continuous improvement.
• Assist in training clinical staff on quality, regulatory, and documentation requirements.
Qualifications and Experience
• MBBS, Pharm-D, BDS or equivalent degree in Life Sciences
• Experience with source document verification, EDC review, and quality oversight.
• Familiarity with EDC systems (Medidata Rave, Veeva, Inform, etc.), eTMF/TMF, or CTMS
• Clinical research certification (SOCRA or ACRP) preferred but not required.
• Experience 1 year or more.
