Job Description
• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails.
• Actively listen to customer to understand their issues
• Management and resolve customer complaints • Identify and escalate issues to supervisors.
• Document all call information
according to standard operating process.
• Upsell products and services.
• Complete call logs and reports.
• Update all call information on CRM (Customer Relationship Management).
• Other duties as assigned.

Rs 15000 /- starting Basic Salary fresh s
Rs 20000/- starting basic experience
* Fresh Candidates can earn up to Rs 50,000/- basic, KPIs and Commission.
* Experienced Candidates can earn up to Rs 70,000/- basic, KPIs and Commission.
Requirements:
* English Fluency Required.
* Persuasive Communication style
Shift Timings:
1. 8:00 pm to 4 am
