The Spiritual Saints of Garhi Sharif Taxilla have always played a very active role to serve the humanity for the last two hundred years. Khawaja Muhammad Azam Shah, the grandson of Khawaja Muhammad Fazil Shah and the heir to the dargah formally organized a body to work in the field of development and serve human kind. The trust was officially founded in 1993.The founder and the first chairman of t

he trust donated all the property belonging to dargah Sharif to the trust In 2000 the government invited the madrassas to join the enlightened moderation concept by merging madrassas with schools. The chairman of the Fazilia Trust Pakistan joined the government in this effort and formed the first model religious madrassa of Pakistan on 22nd Feb 2000. Now that madrassa consists of two separate formal schooling units i.e. a religious madrassa at Garhi Afghana and an English medium schooling system. FTP is a leading grass root, multi-sectoral, nonprofit, developmental and registered civil society non government entity. The organization is also working as for a social, moral and economic issue in the area.FTP is a non political organization with the aim to develope the communities with their own human resources. FTP envisions a sustainable rural development model for reducing poverty and promotes sustainable means of livelihood for the poor and disadvantaged communities in the programmes areas. Fazilia trust aims to provide basic health facilities, primary education and a clean healthy environment to every deprived human. The motto of Fazilia Trust is to fulfill the hopes, dreams and aspirations of the people of Pakistan in general and children in particular. At Fazilia trust hopes are encouraged, dreams are fulfilled and a platform is provided to aspirations of these deprived yet deserving children.

The Holy Prophet (ﷺ) said:

"The best Qurbani is that of a horned ram." > (Sunan Abi Dawud: 3156, Hadith 1460)
