IT Modern Workplace Engineer (MSP Division)
Job Overview:
IT Solutions Hub 2010 Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Modern Workplace Engineer to support and manage hybrid IT environments for multiple clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering SLA-driven support, handling L1 & L2 operations, and ensuring seamless performance across on-premises and cloud infrastructures.
Key Responsibilities:
Infrastructure & Network Management:
Manage and maintain on-premises infrastructure including Windows Server, Active Directory (AD), DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies
Configure and support networking components such as LAN/VLAN, VPNs, firewalls, and Wi-Fi systems
Ensure high availability and performance of IT systems
Cloud & Microsoft Ecosystem:
Administer and support Microsoft Azure services including Virtual Machines, Entra ID, Intune, MFA, and Azure Backup
Manage and optimize Microsoft 365 environments (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint)
Monitor cloud resources and ensure efficient utilization
Security & Incident Management:
Monitor and respond to security alerts, EDR systems, and incident reports (L1/L2 level)
Implement basic security best practices including secure configurations, log monitoring, and threat detection
Ensure systems are compliant with organizational security standards
Endpoint & User Support:
Provide technical support for laptops, desktops, mobile devices, email, and applications
Troubleshoot and resolve user issues in a timely and professional manner
Maintain system updates, patches, and endpoint configurations
SLA & Service Delivery:
Deliver support in line with SLA requirements and response times
Maintain proper ticketing, documentation, and resolution logs
Identify recurring issues and implement proactive solutions
Prepare reports including daily updates and performance summaries
