International Sales Development Representative (SDR)-Lead Generation-Onsite-Full Time.
About the Company
Our client company is a global IT & Cybersecurity solutions provider headquartered in Canada, with operations in the UAE, UK, and Pakistan.
We are expanding our Islamabad sales team and are hiring ambitious Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to build global B2B sales skills, earn competitively, and grow fast.
Role Overview
We are looking for self-motivated Sales Development Representatives with prior experience in BPO sector, IT Sales, Tech Sales, Online Sales or Digital Sales, and strong English communication skills, to join our Islamabad office (Sector G, Bahria Enclave, Islamabad)
As an SDR, you will engage international prospects and generate qualified sales leads opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
-Prospect outbound leads via phone calls, email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp
-Engage decision-makers across Canada, UAE, USA, and the UK
-Qualify leads using structured scripts and frameworks
-Book meetings for account executives/closers
-Make a targeted number of outbound calls per day
-Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns
-Maintain accurate activity logs, notes, and follow-ups in Go High Level CRM
-Consistently achieve weekly and monthly KPIs
-Participate in regular coaching and performance review sessions
This is a professional B2B sales role involving conversations with business owners, executives, and IT leaders.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
-Strong spoken English with a neutral or near-neutral accent
-Confidence in speaking with senior-level professionals
-Excellent written communication skills
-Coachable, disciplined, and growth-oriented mindset
-Comfortable working flexible/evening shifts when required
-Basic tech proficiency
-BPO or call center experience is a plus but not mandatory

Job Details
-Location: Sector G, Bahria Enclave, Islamabad -Working Hours: 10:00 AM โ 6:00 PM (slight flexibility may apply due to working in UK,USA and Canada)
-Salary Range: PKR 100,000-130,000
-Incentives: Attractive commission & bonus structure
-Working Days: Monday to Friday
