We are seeking an HR professional who is experienced not only in government-mandated benefits processing but also in handling payroll and overall HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:
✔ Process and monitor payroll, timekeeping, and salary adjustments
✔ Ensure accurate computation of wages, overtime, deductions, and benefits
✔ Handle SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG contributions, remittances, and claims
✔ Maintain employee records and 201 files
✔ Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee orientation
✔ Support employee relations and implementation of company policies
✔ Ensure compliance with labor laws and government regulations
✔ Assist in disciplinary processes and documentation when necessary

Qualifications:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
✔ With 1-2 relevant experience in HR and payroll processing
✔ Knowledgeable in government-mandated benefits and labor compliance
✔ Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
✔ Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information
✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
