💡 What You’ll Do
PR to PO Processing: Review Purchase Requisitions (PR) and accurately convert them into Purchase Orders (PO) in SAP by validating contracts, SOWs, quotes, and pricing thresholds.
Vendor Onboarding & Management: Validate compliance documents for new vendors, dispatch PO copies, and maintain active communication with suppliers, lessors, and service providers.
Expediting & Tracking: Partner with vendors to obtain accurate ETAs, update SAP tracking codes, perform Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), and ensure on-time delivery.
Stakeholder Support & Query Resolution: Respond promptly to procurement tickets, emails, and calls from both internal teams and external partners.
Reporting & Expense Tracking: Track iOPEX monthly expenses, maintain office databases, and prepare precise reports and presentations for management.

🎯 What We’re Looking For
System Expertise: Hands-on experience using SAP for PR-to-PO conversions, ETA updates, and GRN processing.
Procurement Experience: Solid track record in vendor onboarding, contract validation, and order tracking.
Communication & Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for managing multi-channel inquiries and vendor relationships.
Detail & Accuracy: Meticulous attention to detail when auditing pricing, delivery addresses, quantities, and financial data.

Transaction Monitoring: Analyze daily alerts to spot unusual, structured, or suspicious financial behavior.
Regulatory Reporting: Draft and submit CTRs and STRs directly to the AMLC.
Sanctions Screening: Screen names against global and local watchlists (OFAC, UN, local terrorist lists).
Audit Support: Keep track of BSP, SEC, and AMLC regulatory updates and assist in audit prep.

🎯 What We’re Looking For

Overview
