🚀 We’re Hiring: ServiceNow Support Specialist (ITSM & HRSD)
Are you an expert at bridging the gap between IT efficiency and a seamless HR employee experience? We are looking for a ServiceNow Support Specialist to join our team and help drive the evolution of our platform!
In this role, you’ll be the go-to technical lead for maintaining and enhancing our ITSM and HRSD modules. From automating complex onboarding workflows to fine-tuning Performance Analytics, your work will directly impact how our global team operates.
🛠️ What You’ll Do:
Platform Mastery: Manage and resolve incidents, service requests, and HR cases while ensuring peak platform performance.
Innovate & Configure: Build advanced workflows, UI policies, and business rules using Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
Strategic Reporting: Design and maintain Performance Analytics, KRIs, and KPIs to provide actionable operational insights.
Systems Integration: Maintain critical links between ServiceNow and tools like SuccessFactors, AD, and our CMDB.
Collaborate: Partner with HR and IT stakeholders to translate business needs into technical reality.
đź’ˇ What You Bring:
Experience: 3–5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience (specifically ITSM and HRSD).
Technical Chops: Strong JavaScript skills and deep knowledge of the Glide API.
HRSD Expertise: Familiarity with Lifecycle Events, HR Case security, and the Employee Center.
Certification: CSA or CIS (ITSM/HRSD) is highly preferred.
Bonus Points: Experience with ATF, CSDM, Virtual Agent, or Predictive Intelligence.
