Job Opportunity: Assistant Training Manager

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for developing talent and driving operational excellence? We are looking for an Assistant Training Manager to lead our Training Department’s fiscal and operational activities. In this role, you will bridge the gap between classroom delivery and bottom-line results, ensuring our training programs are efficient, compliant, and impactful.
You will spend approximately 60% of your time facilitating across multiple campaigns while providing administrative and developmental supervision to our team of Trainers and Training Associates.

Key Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership: Manage the daily delivery, implementation, and project management of training programs.
Curriculum Development: Create and handle BPO modules specifically for Near Hire Training (NHT) classes and develop manuals targeting key business results.
Performance Analysis: Identify knowledge/skill gaps and evaluate organizational performance to ensure training aligns with competency goals.
Stakeholder Management: Work closely with business partners and clients to resolve training-related issues and improve process accuracy.
Recruitment Support: Assist the Recruitment Team in conducting initial screenings for near-hire training candidates.
Compliance & Audits: Ensure all training parameters meet compliance standards and audit requirements.
Mentorship: Provide on-the-ground support, evaluations, and coaching for Trainers and Training Associates.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in BS Psychology, Human Resources Management, Humanities, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in Training & Development.
At least 3 years in a managerial/leadership role within a BPO setup.
Technical Skills: Proven experience in creating BPO modules and managing multi-campaign training environments.
Flexibility: Must be willing to work the Graveyard/Night Shift.
Primarily onsite in BGC, Taguig, with readiness for a WFH setup if required.
