WHAT YOU’LL DO

Handle customer inquiries (voice & blended)

Support clients in healthcare, payroll/taxation, tech, and fintech accounts

Build relationships and provide solutions

Meet performance targets and earn incentives

QUALIFICATIONS

1 year Fraud Analyst or Fintech experience OR BS in Finance/Accounting/Business Management + 1 year banking experience

At least 1 year BPO experience (financial preferred)

Non-BPO: At least 2nd year college (Math, Accounting, Finance, Business, HRM, no back subjects)

BPO with payroll/taxation support: 1 year experience

Healthcare: 6 months prior authorization experience
