We are looking for a Call Center Representative that will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving customer issues, sales, complaints and inquiries; keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.
Responsibilities:
- Professionally handle high volume of chat and emails to quickly identify and resolve customer issues
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Providing sales/upselling
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer support Sales role (Must be atleast 1year SALES bpo exp)
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
- Bachelors Degree (4yrs college graduate)
- Willing to take temporary work from home job opportunity
- Must have own internet connection with a speed of not at least 25mbps
