Responsibilities:

Coordinate and make travel arrangements / itinerary, hotel bookings etc.
Assist to schedule business appointments with clients.

Handle all incoming calls and visitors for the Director.
Deep understanding of Philippines Labor Law and employment equity regulations.
Personal Management responsibilities:

Collecting all bills, maintenance and payment arrangements.
Running errand for ad-hoc task as when required.
Meal and beverage arrangement.
Work closely with the drivers for schedules and vehicles maintenance.
Qualifications:

Candidate must posses at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Personal Degree or Master’s Degree in business administration or relative field or equivalent.
At least 3 years working experience in the related field is required for this position.
