Are you a strong leader ready to manage with excellence and grow your career? Greenpower Hardware and Depot Inc. is looking for a Store Manager to lead our Bauang team!
📍 Location: Ground Floor, Charison Building, Brgy. Paringao, Bauang, La Union
📋 Qualifications:
• Female, aged 30 to 40 years old
• With good moral character
• With management experience & strong leadership skills
• Good in handling people & decision-making
• Organized, responsible, and goal-oriented
• Computer literate (an advantage)
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily store operations & achieve sales targets
• Manage and motivate staff
• Ensure excellent customer service
• Monitor inventory, stocks, and sales performance
• Implement store policies and company standards

OPEN POSITIONS
1. DELIVERY DRIVERS
• Requirements:
• Must possess a valid Professional Driver’s License (Restriction Code 1, 2, or 3).
• Clean driving record and familiar with routes in La Union and nearby provinces.
• Experienced in handling manual transmission vehicles.
• Responsible, punctual, and prioritizes road safety.
2. DELIVERY HELPERS
• Requirements:
• Physically fit and capable of heavy lifting (furniture loading/unloading).
• Must be hardworking, honest, and a team player.
• Friendly attitude when dealing with customers.
• No experience required, but a willing-to-learn attitude is a must!
