✅ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
✅ Basic understanding of loan products, credit evaluation, and collection procedures.
✅ Familiarity with financial documentation and client verification processes.
✅ Credit evaluation procedures, documentation, and risk assessment
✅ Customer-oriented and good at handling inquiries
✅ Goal-driven and able to meet daily/weekly quotas
✅ Organized and can work under pressure.
