About the role

University Home Lacson is seeking a talented and creative Graphic Artist to join our dynamic team. As a Graphic Artist, you will be responsible for producing high-quality visual content to support our marketing and communications initiatives. This is a full-time position based in Sampaloc, Manila City, Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

* Design and create engaging graphics, illustrations, and reels or videos for digital marketing materials
* Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and deliver visuals that align with our brand identity
* Ensure all design work is of the highest quality
* Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and techniques to continually improve the visual impact of our campaigns
* Contribute to the development and maintenance of our visual asset library
* Provide support and guidance to other team members on design-related tasks

What we're looking for

* Bachelor's degree
* Relevant experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in an advertising, arts, or media setting
* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
* A keen interest in staying updated with the latest design trends and technologies
* Amenable to work from Monday-Saturday (6x a week)

The opportunity
University Home Lacson is seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance professional to join our team. As a Maintenance worker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of our facilities. This is a full-time position based in Sampaloc, Manila City, Metro Manila.

Key responsibilities
* Responsible for the preventive maintenance of building's electrical and mechanical system and equipment.
* Responsible for the preservation of building's ambiance and rectifications.
* Responsible in identifying, reporting, and resolving building issues.
* Coordinates and report problem, status and works done with building/operations manager.
* Responds to emergency calls, performs other related duties assigned.

What we're looking for
* High school graduate or completed a techvoc program
* Has a TESDA certifications
* Proficient in any of the following skills: masonry, carpentry, plumbing, mechanic, aircon-tech.
* Amenable to work 6 days a week
