I recently posted about our available positions because my intention is simple: to help people find work.
Someone messaged me asking for more details, and as usual, I was more than willing to answer and explain the process. I provided the details, and after reading them, he asked:

If something seems unusual or unfamiliar, ask. Iโll explain it.
And I did.
I explained that the house tour is part of our process because we want to make sure the workplace is conducive for the employeeโthings like the home setup, pets such as dogs, and other factors that may affect the working environment. It is also part of the protocol for some of our premium clients.
He mentioned that he lives in a condo, so I acknowledged that and understood that his situation may be different.

Behind every message is a person.
The person answering your inquiry might genuinely be trying to help you. The person applying might be desperately looking for an opportunity. And sometimes, we simply donโt know what the other person is going through.

With Christmas coming, one of the things Iโm hoping for is to help people who are currently unemployed or looking for opportunities find work before Christmas. ๐
