Role Purpose:

Management and performance of the COT and responsible for ensuring COT KPIs are achieved in support of the company and business unit goals. The COT team is responsible for Customer Support and quoting, supporting lead qualification and outreach programs, and technical support for customers.

Key Result Areas:

Relationship Management
Work proactively across the business units to ensure the COT acts as an enabler for the teams in each BU to achieve their financial year goals.
Ensure the culture and interactions across the group from the COT reflect the values of the organization.
Build a strong interpersonal relationship between team members and their link to the company.
Provide strong leadership to the COT team.
Business Performance
Achievement of specific COT KPIs relative to the current and future workflows and services supported by the COT.
Adherence to client-specific SLAs.
Team engagement and related HR survey ratings.
Effective, positive management of all direct reports.
Prompt escalation of emerging issues or impacts to the Management team.
Identify new opportunities for process improvement and revenue opportunities.
Self-Development
Engage across the organization and ensure the COT is aware and engaged in the group strategy and the part the COT plays in executing the vision
Build a learning culture leading. By example. Seek new knowledge, do not be scared of change, and show the team by setting the right example.
Health & Safety
The Company is not exposed to unnecessary risk or costs associated with non-compliance.

Qualifications

Tertiary qualification in a business-related discipline or equivalent experiential background

Your Role:

The position is for a Webmaster. You will be working directly with our digital marketing and content creation team. You are expected to perform various tasks related to marketing on all digital platforms. You will assist in the management and maintenance of the company’s website(s) and all other digital platforms.



Qualifications and Requirements:

Proficiency with the following tools:
HTML
CSS
Adobe Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
API web integration
Experience with User Experience (UE) and User Interface (UI)
jQuery
JavaScript
Proven understanding of graphic design fundamentals
Demonstrate ability to take a project from concept to launch
Strong command of color theory, image composition, and typography
Ability to deliver production-ready digital assets in a wide variety of formats
Awareness of UI/UX principles
Familiarity with digital photo and video editing
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Comfort working in a deadline-driven environment
Excellent time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail with a degree of accuracy
Able to follow policies and procedures and provide detailed documentation
Possess the ability to work independently
Fluency in English (Speaking – Reading - Writing)

Key Responsibilities:

Design engaging and responsive landing pages
Integrate client CMS programs and data feeds into a website
Optimize sites for maximum speed and scalability
Employ industry and design best practices through the website build process
Conduct website testing
Ensure website function and stability across devices (ie, desktop, mobile, tablet)
Work with marketing and research teams to incorporate brand elements and relevant market research findings into the website
Provide internal support throughout the build and launch process of the website
Take ownership of design projects
Design page layouts and templates
Produce design assets for use in social media and other marketing channels
Develop and maintain consistent branding
Collaborate with UX, marketing, engineering, and other teams
Utilize data and analytics in making design decisions
Work with front-end web developers to deploy design
Select and prepare imagery
Create and maintain a database of design assets

Preferred:

College diploma
Health care experience
Video editing experience

Position Description:

Responsible for the accurate recordings of large transaction volumes per day in our financial systems

The main priority will be to make sure all transactions are recorded correctly and promptly – while utilizing and analyzing data from multiple data sources/systems.

Conduct transaction reconciliation and investigate through many details and systems.

Bank reconciliations by GAAP ensure that all reconciliations are properly stated with adequate supporting documentation to the appropriate month-end timelines
Reconciliation of European entities bank accounts, liaising with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable
Reconcile between systems and intercompany transactions
Respond timely to internal and external audit requests
Assist team with the monthly financial review reports including journal posting and responding to queries
Reviewing sub-ledger reports and conducting follow-ups on open items
Provide appropriate documentation to the Head of Accounting promptly for open items that exceed the aging standard
Participate in general ledger projects, including conversions, testing, etc

Requirements:

Diligent and responsible
Precise and thorough work attitude
Excellent Excel skills with knowledge of creating macro actions.
Enjoy doing reconciliation
Background in using SAP Business One - preferable
Capable to multi-task in a high-volume environment
Strong organizational, follow-up, and time management skills
