Your Role:
The position is for a Webmaster. You will be working directly with our digital marketing and content creation team. You are expected to perform various tasks related to marketing on all digital platforms. You will assist in the management and maintenance of the company’s website(s) and all other digital platforms.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Proficiency with the following tools:
HTML
CSS
Adobe Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
API web integration
Experience with User Experience (UE) and User Interface (UI)
jQuery
JavaScript
Proven understanding of graphic design fundamentals
Demonstrate ability to take a project from concept to launch
Strong command of color theory, image composition, and typography
Ability to deliver production-ready digital assets in a wide variety of formats
Awareness of UI/UX principles
Familiarity with digital photo and video editing
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Comfort working in a deadline-driven environment
Excellent time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail with a degree of accuracy
Able to follow policies and procedures and provide detailed documentation
Possess the ability to work independently
Fluency in English (Speaking – Reading - Writing)
Key Responsibilities:
Design engaging and responsive landing pages
Integrate client CMS programs and data feeds into a website
Optimize sites for maximum speed and scalability
Employ industry and design best practices through the website build process
Conduct website testing
Ensure website function and stability across devices (ie, desktop, mobile, tablet)
Work with marketing and research teams to incorporate brand elements and relevant market research findings into the website
Provide internal support throughout the build and launch process of the website
Take ownership of design projects
Design page layouts and templates
Produce design assets for use in social media and other marketing channels
Develop and maintain consistent branding
Collaborate with UX, marketing, engineering, and other teams
Utilize data and analytics in making design decisions
Work with front-end web developers to deploy design
Select and prepare imagery
Create and maintain a database of design assets
Preferred:
College diploma
Health care experience
Video editing experience

Work from home
Part-time Position to Full-time Position
