What:
Our company, A&A Insurance Outsourcing, an insurance and outsourcing company headquartered in Mabalacat Pampanga, is looking for AGENTS for its Novaliches, Quezon City branch. We are currently training our agents in Wave 3, and we are looking to complete our roster for Wave 4 by late October. Wave 5 and 6 will also be launched this year.
So what are the jobs available:
Most of the job is all about SALES. Hindi po ito networking, hindi po ito MLM, SALES po talaga sya. Pero the good news is we TRAIN our agents bago sila sumabak sa field.
We need:
ACCOUNT SPECIALISTS: These are the agents who handle policy presentation with customers. Sila yung mga tumutulong sa Team Leaders ng team maghanap ng customers, and magpresent sa kanila ng insurance policy para sa items na gusto nila ipa-insure. For example, insurance sa kotse.
EVENTS SPECIALISTS: Aside from being an insurance company, we are also an outsourcing company, so may mga pagkakataon na we partner with different brands, like Globe, Smart, Tide, Jollibee etc. para ipromote yung iba't ibang promos nila. These are the people na naassign sa mga ganung klase ng assignments.
RECRUITMENT SPECIALISTS: Sila po ang nagmamanage ng day to day operations ng team, and sila din ang nagpprocess ng applications ng new agents na pumapasok sa team. They are responsible for contacting applicants, reviewing their resumes, and suggesting sa Team Manager sino ang qualified maging agents.
What are the qualifications:
Sa insurance, most of the time, kailangan graduate ka. But in our team, we also accept college undergrads. Kahit highschool grad, or undergrad, okay lang. Marami pong pwedeng maging role within the team and the company, kaya hindi po kami particular kung nakapagtapos ka na ba talaga ng college. Since ang nature nito ay sales, we need people who are DRIVEN, yung talagang pag binigyan ng assignment, tatapusin nya. We also need LOYAL agents, and most of all, kailangan namin yung WINNER, meaning hindi marunong magquit.
Kahit na nasa 18 years old ka pa lang, or medyo nasa late 20's mo, pero first time mo magtrabaho, then yes, we also encourage you to apply. Hindi po kami basta basta nagdedescriminate ng applicants. Mas importante sa amin is we are able to gauge an applicants SKILL LEVEL based on his potential.
IS THIS A FULL TIME JOB?
Karamihan po sa mga agents namin have full time day jobs sa ibang companies, meaning, kadalasan part time job po nila dito sa company. So kapag may mga kakilala sila sa work who might be interested na kumuha ng insurance policy, thats the time we do our presentation kasama ang agent, and thats when we do our selling.
IMPORTANT THINGS TO TAKE NOTE OF:
As of the moment, around 30 agents pa lang ang under my team dito sa buong Novaliches, and we are looking to hit a 150 agents by end of next year 2018. By that time, magkakaroon na ng sariling office dito sa Novaliches ang company. Sa ngayon, all agents are interviewed dito sa residence ng team manager sa may Holy Cross, San Bartolome.
And NO WALA PONG BINABAYARAN SA TEAM UPON APPLICATION. Hindi po kami nanghihingi ng kahit anong fee pag nagaapply ang applicants. Actually, KAYO po ang babayaran namin dahil every time makakabenta, may commission po kayo for the sale. Everytime magbabayad ang customer sa premiums ng insurance policy nya, may commissions po kayo na marereceive from the company.
This is a commission basis employment. Wala po kaming basic salary. Meaning, hndi po kami nagbibigay ng sweldo tuwing kinsenas at katapusan ng bawat buwan. COMMISSION BASIS PO ITO. But the company does provide an allowance every 3 months, and meron din pong healthcard upon regularization.
Kung mahilig po kayo magtravel, then this is the best fit for you. Our agents are given field projects from time to time, minsan in places such as Baguio, Vigan, Laoag, Naga, Mariveles, Subic, etc. Usually those field projects last for 2 to 3 days, and lahat po ng expenses ay shouldered ng company. Wala po kayong kailangan bayaran, from food, to lodging, to commute, lahat po sagot ng company. ANG TANGING GAGAWIN LANG PO IS TO SELL.
Hindi naman po ganun kahirap magbenta, dahil tulungan po dito sa Team. We will help you get your sales, kasi may commission din nakukuha ang Team Leaders and Team Manager sa bawat sale. So for sure, makakabenta at makakabenta po.
