📌 Position Overview
The Human Resources Manager will lead and manage the full spectrum of HR functions in a food manufacturing environment. This role ensures compliance with labor laws and regulations, supports operational efficiency, strengthens employee relations, and drives a performance- and safety-oriented culture aligned with business objectives.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to ensure timely staffing.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs in compliance with Philippine labor laws.
- Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions.
- Drive performance management systems, including appraisals and career development.
📚 Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, with 2–3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
-Experience in the manufacturing or food industry is an advantage.
