WE ARE HIRING: TSR & CSR (Onsite - BGC)
Join our team as a TSR or CSR handling international inquiries via phone and chat. You’ll manage the full order lifecycle, provide basic technical troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues, and turn customer interactions into sales opportunities.
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year experience in international customer support (voice/chat) for consumer tech products
• Basic technical knowledge: hardware setup, software installation, and networking
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proactive, accountable, and able to multitask effectively
Compensation:
• ₱22,000 Basic + ₱2,200 NTA + ₱5,000 Performance Bonus (after 3 months)
• Up to ₱10,000 Commission + 10% Night Differential
