We are looking for B2C Sales Admin to join our team urgently.
The main tasks of Sales Admin Assistant are the following :
1. Register the CPR (Certificate of Product Registration in FDA)
2. Purchasing Order, Import Customs Clearance, Order Management to MT (Modern Trade like SM, Robinsons, S&R ant etc.)
3. Sales Support
Qualifications:
1. Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Management or equivalent.
2. With a least 3 to 4 years working experience
3. Has B2C Sales Admin experience in processed Food Industry
4. Highly organized and able to multi task
5. Proficient in using Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint Presentation)
5. Strong quantitative and analytical skills
6. Experience in Import Customs Clearance is a plus
7. Experience in Food Industry Retail and Wholesale
8. Must have excellent written and oral communication skills
