Meet Ella, our resident powerhouse! We’re thrilled to have her back for a second internship stint with our People Platforms & Analytics Team.

An Information Technology student from PUP, Ella has made an incredible transition from creating a DTR app for interns back in 2025, to her current work developing a JavaScript-based onboarding tool.

FROM CAMPUS TO DATA CENTER: CONNECTING AUF TALENT WITH FUTURE OPPORTUNITIES IN TECH 📡🌐

We thank the students and administration team behind Angeles University Foundation for having us at their Career Fair. It was a privilege to share the Converge story, tracing our journey from local roots to rapid expansion and our evolution into tech.

Mr. Noriel Ong, our Vice President and Head of Data Center Infrastructure, spoke about our shift from telco to techco and the inauguration of our Angeles Data Center: the newest and largest facility within Converge’s national digital infrastructure.

Aside from connecting students to roles in tech and new operations, many near-graduates were also invited to explore corporate career opportunities nationwide.

MEETING THE NEXT GENERATION OF ACCOUNTING PIONEERS AND CAREER PATH EXPLORERS AT URBAN CENTRO 2026 📟🔢

Last April 7, 2026, members of our Talent Mobility & Discovery team connected with students from Junior Philippine Institute of Accountants - PLM during their full-day, expedition-themed career fair: Urban Centro 2026.

The team had a great time engaging with these students and helping them learn more about internship and training opportunities at Converge, as well as possible career paths in finance, accounting, and audit within a telco-turned-techco.

We thank the organization and the school for having us and letting us serve as a compass for their future careers. 🚀
