URGENT HIRING: CRM (Customer Relationship Manager)
Location: Double Dragon Plaza, Pasay City
Work Setup: Onsite
About the Role:
CRM stands for Customer Relationship Management. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer interactions, assisting clients, and ensuring a positive customer experience for an international financial account.
Qualifications:
• At least 2–3 years of proven CRM experience
• Good communication skills
• Proficient in Excel formulas and functions
• Experienced in extracting and transforming data from CRM databases
• Highly adaptable to changes in tools, databases, and systems
• Skilled in optimizing data for clear, accurate, and comprehensive reporting.
• Working knowledge of Power BI experience is a plus but not required
• Willing to work onsite in Pasay City
Job Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain relationships with customers
• Handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally
• Provide accurate information regarding customer accounts
• Resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintain records using CRM tools or systems
• Coordinate with internal teams when necessary
Work Details:
• Monday to Friday schedule
• Weekends off
• Full-time and permanent position
