⚓ SEAFARER TIP: 72-Hour Reporting & Disability Benefits

Alam mo ba na ang hindi pag-report sa manning agency pagkatapos ng repatriation ay maaaring magkaroon ng epekto sa claim for disability benefits, lalo na kung ang seafarer ay may work-related illness o injury?
Sa ilalim ng applicable Seafarer Employment Agreement (SEA), Standard Employment Contract (SEC), at maritime regulations, may mga prescribed period para sa pag-report at pagpapatingin sa company-designated physician.
⚠️ Hindi ibig sabihin na automatic forfeited ang disability claim kapag lumampas sa prescribed period. Mahalaga pa ring tingnan ang dahilan ng delay, medical circumstances, applicable SEC/CBA, at iba pang requirements.
