FLAVA COFFEE needs SECURITY STAFF to be assigned in West Service Road Parañaque City.
JOB SUMMARY
Security Staff are tasked with securing the premises and personnel by staying on patrol, monitoring CCTV, performing building inspections, guarding entry points, and verifying visitors.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provides high-level administrative support and assistance to the Management.
• Patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish presence.
• Monitor and authorize entrance of vehicles or people in the property.
• Remove wrongdoers or trespassers from the area.
• Secure all exits, doors, and windows after end of operations.
• Check surveillance cameras from time to time to identify and report disruptions or unlawful acts. Submit daily monitoring of surveillance to HR.
• Investigate people for suspicious activity or possessions.
• Respond to alarms by investigating and assessing the situation.
• Monitoring of logbooks for employee, visitors, and deliveries.
• Apprehend and detain perpetrators according to legal protocol before arrival of authorities.
• Submit reports of daily charting activity and important occurrence.
• Implement necessary frisking and inspection of all employee bags.
QUALIFICATIONS
• High School Graduate/College level
• With 2-year security experience
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communications skills
• Excellent sense of judgement
• Can stay alert at all time
