๐ Position Details
Position: Strategic Creative Marketing Assistant
Employment Type: Probationary (6 Months)
Work Setup: On-site
Location: Makati City, Philippines
Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday | 9:00 AM โ 6:00 PM (Day Shift)
Salary Range: โฑ20,000 โ โฑ23,000 per month
๐ Key Responsibilities
โข Manage social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns.
โข Create engaging marketing content, including graphics, reels, and videos.
โข Assist in running online advertisements and lead generation campaigns.
โข Promote company services and property listings across digital platforms.
โข Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic marketing reports.
โข Support branding initiatives and other marketing activities.

Qualifications
โข Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, Business, or a related field.
โข Experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation.
โข Knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and major social media platforms.
โข Basic graphic design and video editing skills using Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
โข Strong communication, creativity, and organizational skills.
โญ Preferred Qualifications
โข Creative, innovative, and digitally savvy.
โข Experience in content creation and social media marketing.
โข Ability to produce engaging graphics and short-form videos.
โข Results-driven with strong attention to detail.
โข Experience in real estate marketing is an advantage.
โข Background in Real Estate Digital Marketing is preferred.
