โœ” Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, fixtures, control panels, distribution boards, earth leakage breakers, and power outlets in all university buildings (classrooms, laboratories, housing units, offices, sports facilities, etc.)
โœ” Networking and Low Voltage Systems:
* Install, maintain, and repair low voltage systems, including network cabling (Cat5e, Cat6, Cat6A, and fiber optics)
* Data communication lines
* CCTV systems
* Access control systems
* Intercom systems
* Fire alarm systems
* Audio-visual systems
โœ” With valid TESDA certification for an Electrician
โœ” With valid passport
โœ” Familiarity with Building Management Systems (BMS) and Energy Management Systems (EMS) is an advantage
