Ngayong Araw ng Kagitingan, naaalala natin ang kwento ng ating mga bayani at beterano. Mga Pilipinong buong tapang na lumaban at nagsakripisyo para sa kalayaan na tinatamasa natin ngayon.

Pero sa totoo lang, ang diwa ng kagitingan ay hindi lang nakaraan.

Makikita pa rin natin ito araw araw.

Sa bawat Pilipinong maagang gumigising para magtrabaho.
Sa bawat magulang na nagsusumikap para sa pamilya.
Sa bawat indibidwal na tahimik na lumalaban kahit hindi na madali.

Hindi man ito laban sa digmaan, pero laban ito para sa pangarap. Para sa kinabukasan. Para sa mga mahal sa buhay.

May mga araw na mabigat. May mga pagkakataong mapapatanong ka kung kaya mo pa. Pero pinipili mo pa ring magpatuloy.

At doon makikita ang tunay na kagitingan.

Hindi laging engrande. Hindi laging napapansin.
Pero totoo. Matatag. At puno ng pag asa.

Ang pagmamahal sa bayan ay hindi lang pag alala.
Ito ay nasa paraan ng pagbangon natin araw araw.
Sa pagpili na maging responsable.
Sa paghawak sa paninindigan.
Sa paniniwala na may mas maayos pang bukas.

Sa araw na ito, hindi lang natin pinararangalan ang mga bayani ng nakaraan.
Pinararangalan din natin ang bawat Pilipinong patuloy na lumalaban ngayon.

Ikaw. Kami. Tayong lahat.

Patuloy tayong bumangon.
Patuloy tayong lumaban.
At patuloy tayong umasa.

Para sa Pilipinas. Para sa kinabukasan. 🇵🇭🌏

Kahit magaling ka, pwede ka pa ring mawalan ng client.

At hindi agad ibig sabihin na may mali sa’yo.

Minsan, ganito lang talaga ang nangyayari ngayon:
• Mas maraming freelancers ang nagco-compete
• Mas maraming AI tools ang ginagamit ng clients
• Mas tumataas ang expectations sa remote workers

May mga VA na tahimik lang online ngayon.
Hindi sila nagpo-post. Hindi sila visible.

Pero sa likod nun, may pinagdadaanan:
— Nawalan ng client
— Nababawasan ng income
— Napapatanong kung kaya pa ba

Kung isa ka sa kanila…
hindi ka nag-iisa.

Remote work is still full of opportunities.
Pero ngayon, hindi na sapat ang sipag lang.

Kailangan:
mag-adjust,
mag-upskill,
at magpatuloy kahit mahirap.

Kung nawalan ka man ng client,
hindi ibig sabihin tapos na ang journey mo.

Minsan, pahinga lang siya
bago ang next opportunity na mas para sa’yo.
