We are an arts business company seeking a highly motivated and skilled AI Builder/Developer to spearhead the development of a bespoke chat AI software solution for our company. This role offers a unique opportunity to design, build, and deploy a cutting-edge AI system that will directly impact our clients’ business. You will be a key member of our team, collaborating closely with stakeholders and clients.

Responsibilities:
-Design and develop a custom chat AI software solution tailored to our specific business needs.
-Train and fine-tune large language models (LLMs) to achieve optimal performance and accuracy.
-Integrate the chat AI with existing systems and platforms (specify if any, e.g., CRM, website, internal communication tools).
-Implement natural language processing (NLP) techniques for intent recognition, entity extraction, and sentiment analysis.
-Develop and maintain the chat AI's knowledge base and ensure its continuous improvement.

-Conduct thorough testing and evaluation of the chat AI's performance.

Qualifications:
-Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
-Proven experience in developing and deploying chat AI solutions using LLMs.
-Strong proficiency in Python and relevant AI/ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
-Deep understanding of NLP concepts and techniques, including intent recognition, entity extraction, and sentiment analysis.
-Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and their AI/ML services.
-Familiarity with chatbot development frameworks and platforms (e.g., Rasa, Dialogflow).
-Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Management:
