We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounting Associate to support the finance team in managing day-to-day accounting operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling general accounting tasks, ensuring accurate financial records, assisting with reporting and compliance requirements, and supporting payroll processes.

Key Responsibilities:

*Record and maintain accurate financial transactions in the accounting system.
*Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processing.
*Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and monthly closing activities.
*Monitor expenses and support budget tracking.
*Assist in the preparation of financial statements and management reports.
*Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
*Support payroll processing, including timesheet verification, deductions, and employee records.
*Assist in tax filings, audits, and other regulatory requirements.
*Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial and payroll insights.
*Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Preferred Qualifications:

*Experience in payroll processing, tax compliance, or bookkeeping is a strong advantage.
*Knowledge of labor laws and payroll regulations is a plus.
*Experience in supporting international clients is an advantage.

ACCOUNTANT
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Accountant, located in Sta. Cruz Manila with some work-from-home flexibility. The Accountant will be responsible for maintaining and analyzing financial records, preparing financial reports, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Daily tasks include managing accounts payable and receivable, performing reconciliations, and participating in budget preparation.

Qualifications

Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel)
Experience with financial reporting and analysis
Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work in a hybrid environment
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
