HIRING: Qualifying Agent | Work From Home | Starts at $10/hr
This is the biggest role we've opened. Pay is negotiable depending on skillset, and the single biggest factor is your accent.
THE ROLE:
Double qualifying leads passed over by our front liners. You're the checkpoint. You confirm the lead is real, confirm they're worth our client's time, and make sure you're actually speaking to the decision maker before anything moves forward.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- AMERICAN ACCENT. This is the main requirement.
- Aggressive and relentless. You don't take no for an answer.
- You go above and beyond to reach the right person, not just whoever picks up
- Previous closing experience is a big PLUS
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- 100 Mbps fiber plan MINIMUM, hardwired via LAN cable (no WiFi)
- Dual monitors MINIMUM
- A computer that can run a dialer, CRM, and multiple tabs at once without lagging or crashing. As a guide: Intel Core i5 (8th gen or newer) or AMD Ryzen 5 or better, 8GB RAM minimum (16GB preferred).
- Backup power AND backup internet
- Headset and a quiet workspace
