✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and clients through regular engagement
✅ Sell advertising products and services to achieve sales targets

✅ Generate and manage sales leads while maintaining an updated client database
✅ Submit weekly sales and activity reports

📌 Qualifications:
✔ Bachelor's Degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field
✔ 2-3 years of proven B2B sales experience
✔ Experience in media sales, digital advertising, or advertising agencies is an advantage
✔ Strong presentation, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
✔ Ability to identify client needs and recommend tailored advertising solutions
✔ Excellent persuasion and deal-closing abilities
