OPEN POSITION:
MATERIAL HANDLER
QUALIFICATION:
Male/Female.
25 - 45 years old.
At least high school graduate.
Must be able to communicate in English.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Plastic production – moving material with a forklift and a crane (optional). Participates also in the production when needed.
Candidates must have experience with driving a forklift and operating a crane, and basic IT skills (working with a tablet)
Handles material using a low-lift forklift and an electric pallet jack.
Candidates must be physically fit (lifting up to 30 kg), with no health problems, with a minimum height of 165 cm (160 cm is still acceptable). They must be ready for night shifts and work at heights (platform at 3–3.5 m).
FOLDER-GLUER MACHINE OPERATOR
QUALIFICATION:
Male/Female.
25 - 45 years old.
At least high school graduate.
Must be able to communicate in English.
Gluing lines that fold and glue cut carton sheets into finished boxes.
Prepares and sets up the gluing machines for each job and changes machine parts.
Must have at least 2 years of experience operating gluing / folder-gluer machines (e.g. GIETZ, BOIX, other brands are also okay).
Operates about 3 gluing and folding lines.
Checks the quality of the finished boxes during production.
Does cleaning and basic maintenance of the machines.
No health problems, healthy back, knees and hands (no carpal tunnel problems), physically fit, height at least 165 cm (160 cm is still acceptable).
DIE-CUTTING MACHINE OPERATOR
QUALIFICATION:
Male/Female.
25 - 45 years old.
At least high school graduate.
Must be able to communicate in English.
At least 2 years in a similar position – operating die-cutting machines (e.g. BOBST, other brands are also okay), basic computer skills.
Sets up the die-cutting machine and changes the cutting tools.
Starts the job on the machine and loads the material.
Checks the quality of the cut products and compares them with the sample.
Does regular maintenance of the machine and the cutting tools.
No health problems, healthy back, knees and hands (no carpal tunnel problems), physically fit (lifting heavy loads), height at least 165 cm. (160 cm is still acceptable).
Die-Cutting Machine Operators must also be ready to work in a noisy environment.
