Qualifications:
✅ Bachelor of Science in Nursing, with a valid PRC RN license
✅ At least 1 year of clinical, emergency, or occupational-health nursing experience (strong new grads may be considered)
✅ Current BLS & First Aid certification (or ability to renew before deployment)
✅ Basic Occupational Health Nursing training (or willingness to complete within compliance period)
✅ Strong administrative accuracy, digital literacy, and HRIS/spreadsheet proficiency
✅ Ability to work onsite and respond calmly to medical incidents while maintaining confidentiality

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred; healthcare-related background is an advantage
Previous experience in healthcare support, medical administration, customer service, or healthcare/BPO accounts preferred
Strong verbal and written English communication skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and healthcare systems/CRMs

Experience with EMR/EHR systems is a plus
