QUALIFICATIONS
Applicant's must have knowledge in scaling
JOB and RESPONSIBILITIES
*Ability to read and understand and speak English to Determine and carry out duties
*Knowledge of personal hygiene, good manufacturing practice and food safety
*Ability to understand the proper storage, cleaning the preparation area and making sure trays are ready to use
*Ability to calculate the requestion of raw materials on daily production need and daily plan in coordination with the production supervisor/manager
*Ability to properly use the raw materials base on FIFO and FEFO rules
*Knowledge of the rules and procedures of sanitation and safety as they apply to production storage and service within the food establishment
*Ability to measure dry and lights stuff in unit's of measurement to properly adhere to recipe and production requirements
*Ability to stand continuously through 8 to 9 hrs shift on uncapped surface
*Ability to frequently lift item's weighting up to 50 pound's such as bags of supplies and cases of food products
*Skill of calculating of recieve and consume raw materials to properly monitor to the inventory of stocks in production
*Ability of intereact effectively with team members and managers in a high volume production setting positive body language, direct eye's contact active listening problem solving Technique
*Ability to prepared bakery recipes in operation according to production and quality standards
*Ability to work and lead staff with different nationalities
*Having knowledge in automatic line advantage
