We are looking for a highly detail-oriented Virtual Professional who knows the Australian mortgage file lifecycle inside out. We need someone who can manage the volume, keep files moving, and free up their broker to focus on what matters most.

📝 What you'll be doing:

- Tracking loan files and managing MIR requests from identification through to resolution.

- Following up outstanding items with clients, lenders, and third parties via email and phone.

- Creating and maintaining client records, loan files, and compliance checklists.

- Accurate data entry across broker platforms, CRMs, and document systems.

- Liaising with lenders, valuers, conveyancers, and accountants throughout the loan process.

- Monitoring retention risk triggers, fixed-rate expiries, and upcoming review milestones.

- Identifying upsell and referral opportunities within agreed guidelines.

- Delivering regular pipeline snapshots and flagging bottlenecks early.

- Keeping all client files audit-ready and compliant at every stage.

🎯 What we’re looking for:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in mortgage broking support, loan processing, or banking administration.

- Expertise: Strong understanding of the Australian mortgage file lifecycle (application through to settlement).

- Skills: Demonstrated experience managing MIRs and liaising with lenders.

- Communication: Confident written and verbal English communication.

- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with platforms like MyCRM, Salestrekker, Connective Mercury, or ApplyOnline is a big plus.

- Mindset: Self-motivated, reliable, and efficient with minimal supervision once onboarded.

- Bonus: Exposure to AI tools and workflow automation.
