We're hiring a Senior Google & Meta Ads Campaign Manager (Virtual)

We're looking for a highly experienced Virtual Professional who can own paid advertising strategy end to end for a portfolio of Australian small to medium businesses. This is not an entry-level role. We want someone who has the runs on the board and knows how to deliver real ROI. 💪

What you'll be doing:
✅ Leading Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube
✅ Leading Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram
✅ Monitoring performance meticulously and turning data into clear, actionable insights
✅ Continuously optimising campaigns to hit client objectives and budget targets
✅ Communicating performance updates and strategic recommendations to clients and internal teams
✅ Staying ahead of platform updates, algorithm changes, and industry best practices

What we're looking for:
✅ 5+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
✅ Demonstrated experience working with international clients outside the Philippines
✅ Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision making
✅ Proficient in GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio
✅ Comfortable with VPN usage for professional work
✅ Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
✅ Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously
✅ Able to provide a portfolio or profile showcasing past clients and results achieved

🕐 AU Brisbane working hours (AEST/AEDT) are non-negotiable for this role.

🌏 This role is 100% remote. You'll be working with Australian SME clients across a range of industries.

✅ On-page SEO -- meta data, headings, URLs, internal linking, image alt text
✅ Content optimisation and CMS publishing (WordPress)
✅ Technical SEO -- crawl errors, sitemaps, Core Web Vitals
✅ Routine SEO audits -- duplicates, redirects, page speed, mobile usability
✅ Link building support -- research, outreach lists, backlink monitoring
✅ Competitor analysis and content gap identification
✅ Weekly and monthly performance reports via GA4 and Looker Studio
