* Focus: Engine, fuel injector, solenoid, and relay overhaul. Managing teams of 5–10 technicians.

* Focus: Maintenance and adjustment of hydraulic systems and pumps across large fleets.

​Responsibilities:
​Breakdown and Preventive Maintenance: Maintain and repair HEMM's electrical, electronic, and mechatronics systems.
​Troubleshooting: Use error code analysis and CAT ET software to diagnose issues.
​HEMM Maintenance: Perform maintenance on bulldoze, grader, dumper, excavator, asphalt paver, roller, wheel loader, trailer, and more.
​Operations: Provide operator training, quality control, inventory control, and ensure accurate equipment records.
​Preferred Candidate Profile:
​Higher National Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Mechatronics Engineering: A strong educational foundation is crucial.
​10-15 Years of Experience: Must have extensive experience in maintenance, especially with HEMM electrical/electronic/hydraulic systems.
​Experience in Road Construction Equipments: Familiarity with a wide range of machinery is essential.
