π Schedule: Full Onsite, Graveyard & Shifting
π° Salary: Up to β±44,000
π Start Date: ASAP
Qualifications:
2β3 years Team Leader experience in Service Desk / TSR
Hands-on experience with Windows OS (Win7, Vista, XP)
Solid knowledge in Server, Network, Storage & IT Infrastructure
Familiar with Active Directory, Exchange, ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, etc.)
Strong knowledge of MS Office, Browsers, VPN, Remote Access, WinZip, Acrobat, etc.
Excellent verbal, written communication & stakeholder management skills
