The company delivers reliable solutions nationwide to help businesses keep their people, properties, and operations secure, clean, and well maintained.
This is a fully remote opportunity with a stable international client and long-term growth potential.

✅ What You'll Do:
• Make 80–100 outbound calls daily to business prospects
• Confidently navigate gatekeepers, connect with key decision-makers, and handle objections
• Introduce services and generate genuine business interest
• Book 3–5+ qualified meetings weekly
• Maintain accurate CRM updates, lead tracking, and notes daily
• Own your pipeline and consistently drive results

🔍 What We're Looking For:
• Proven experience in B2B appointment setting

We’re hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for a growing tech talent solutions company serving Tech, AI, Cloud, and Engineering markets across the UK and Europe.
This is a fully remote role with strong earning potential, active deal flow, and long-term growth opportunities.

✅ What You'll Do:
• Prospect and identify target clients
• Launch outreach through LinkedIn, email, and outbound campaigns
• Conduct 2–3 hours of outbound calls daily
• Engage decision-makers and uncover hiring needs
• Build pipeline and create qualified opportunities

🔍 What We're Looking For:
• Experience in SDR, lead generation, appointment setting, or B2B outreach
• Strong communication and objection-handling skills
