Position: Liaison Staff
Key Responsibilities
- Client Collection – Collect payments from clients in a timely and professional manner.
-Driving Support – Drive 4-wheeled vehicles occasionally (3–5 times a year) when required for official errands.
- Regulatory Compliance – Support adherence to government regulations and industry standards.
-Document Processing – Handle notarization of company letters and act as representative in processing official documents.
- Courier Services – Process and send company documents through LBC or similar courier services.
- Bank Transactions – Pick up ATM cards and related documents from the bank.
- Employee Documentation – Assist in processing employee documents for applications.
Timekeeping Support – Pick up Daily Time Records (DTR) of employees and print DTRs when no collection tasks are scheduled.
Qualification:
- At least College Level (any course)
- Able to drive 4-wheeled vehicles – not on a daily basis, but willing to drive approximately 3–5 times a year when required.
- Motorcycle driving skills and valid license – with sufficient - experience in using motorcycles for official errands.
- Work experience in administrative, HR, or liaison-related functions.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Position: HR Officer
Responsibilities
- Employee Relations – Act as the main contact for employees, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive workplace culture.
- Client Relations – ensuring smooth communication, handling inquiries, and maintaining strong professional relationships.
- Policy Implementation – Support the enforcement of company policies and compliance with labor laws.
- Performance Support – Coordinate performance evaluations and assist in employee development programs.
- Documentation & Records – Maintain accurate HR records, contracts, and employee files.
- Conflict Resolution – Mediate disputes between employees or between employees and clients, ensuring fair and professional outcomes.
- Reporting – Prepare HR reports and updates for management, highlighting employee engagement and client satisfaction.
🎓 Qualifications:
-College Graduate in a course related to Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or other HR-related fields.
- Strong communication skills (oral and written).
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with employees and clients.
- Prior experience in HR functions such as employee relations, recruitment, and documentation.
- Client-facing experience is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and maintain confidentiality.

HR Assistant
Job Responsibilities
- Recruitment Support – Assist in sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with applicants and hiring managers.
- Onboarding Assistance – Help prepare documents and requirements for newly hired employees.
- 201 File Management – Organize, update, and maintain employee 201 files (personal records, contracts, and employment documents).
- Documentation Processing – Ensure accuracy and completeness of employee records for compliance and HR audits.
- Administrative Support – Provide clerical assistance such as filing, printing, and preparing HR-related documents.
- Employee Assistance – Support employees in submitting requirements and processing HR-related requests.
- Reporting – Generate simple HR reports related to recruitment and employee records.
🎓 Qualifications
- Graduate (preferably in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field).
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Good communication skills (oral and written).
- Experience in recruitment and HR documentation is an advantage.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace applications.
