Pressure is part of the job, but how we respond to it makes all the difference. 💙

At BOF, Inc., we believe that taking care of our people goes beyond developing skills—it also means empowering them to thrive through life's daily challenges.

Last July 11, 2026, our employees recently participated in the "Balance Under Pressure: Stress Management and Emotional Mastery in the Workplace" training, facilitated by Ms. Jovilyn Z. Galindez. Through engaging discussions and meaningful activities, participants explored practical strategies for managing stress, building emotional resilience, and maintaining balance even in demanding situations.

One of the highlights of the session was the Stress Mapping Activity, where participants identified their personal and workplace stressors, reflected on their emotional responses, and discovered healthy coping strategies to navigate workplace pressures more effectively.

Because when our people are equipped to manage stress, they become more focused, resilient, and ready to deliver their best - for one another, for our clients, and for the communities we serve.

Effective leadership begins with effective communication 🌟

At BOF, Inc., we believe that great leaders are also great communicators. As part of our commitment to continuous learning and leadership development, we conducted "The Art of Clear Expression" on June 20, 2026, facilitated by REVV Consultancy through its Chairperson, Mr. Antonio "B**g" T. Molina, together with Finance Director Ms. Rose Anne "Roanne" G. Angeles and HR and Administrative Director Ms. Bathildes "Batchie" C. Romero.

The training equipped our Branch Managers, Branch Operations Officers, and Group and Department Heads with practical strategies to communicate with clarity, present with confidence, and maximize the impact of both verbal and non-verbal communication.

Participants also took part in interactive activities that reinforced active listening, clear message delivery, and self-awareness. Through communication exercises involving image description and interpretation, as well as personality development sessions, they gained a deeper understanding of how individual differences influence communication styles and workplace interactions.

Driving stronger client connections through impactful selling💼✨

Last April 18, 2026, BOF, Inc. conducted a High Impact Selling Seminar led by Mr. Jimmy Cruz, where participants deepened their understanding of the sales cycle, cross-selling strategies, and the CARE approach.

The session went beyond theory—participants actively engaged in role-playing exercises, crafting and delivering their own sales spiels to better connect with clients and confidently promote our products and services.
