Behind every smooth patient experience is a team supported by systems, clarity, and care.

As a Pod Lead in remote healthcare operations, I work behind the scenes to help keep clinic operations organized, workflows visible, and teams supported.

My role goes beyond scheduling. It includes:

* Leading, coaching, and supporting Virtual Receptionists
* Providing operations oversight and scheduling support
* Monitoring performance and quality
* Conducting call audits and identifying areas for improvement
* Building and refining workflows and systems
* Coordinating administrative needs and reporting
* Helping our team continuously learn and improve

Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work with different healthcare practices and a wide range of platforms—from EMRs and scheduling systems to communication, reporting, and productivity tools.

What I value most, though, isn’t simply knowing the tools.

It’s knowing how to use systems to support people and create better experiences.

A lot of this work happens quietly behind the scenes. It may not always be visible to the patient, but when the systems work, the team feels supported—and that ultimately contributes to a smoother patient experience.

For me, the bigger picture remains simple:

God first. Family next. Work with purpose.

Grateful for a career that continues to challenge me, teach me, and allow me to grow professionally while still making room for the people and things that matter most.

i added a small aquarium to my desk, and honestly… watching the fish swim during night shift work is so calming.
