BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

YOUR ROLE
As our Business Development Manager – Food Service, you will be responsible for:
✅ Developing new food-service accounts and business opportunities
✅ Building strong relationships with restaurants, hotels, cafés, catering companies, institutions, and distributors
✅ Achieving sales and revenue targets
✅ Managing and expanding existing accounts
✅ Conducting client visits, product presentations, and negotiations
✅ Identifying market opportunities and developing sales strategies
✅ Preparing sales reports, forecasts, and business development plans
QUALIFICATIONS
🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field
💼 3–5 years of experience in sales/business development
🍽️ Experience in Food Service / FMCG / Food Distribution is an advantage
🤝 Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
📊 Results-oriented with strong business development skills
🚗 Willing to conduct fieldwork and travel as needed
