We the Corps of Midshipmen of the PNTC Colleges involving the aid of almighty God in order to establish a Corps of Midshipmen Officers for our respective departments that shall embody our ideas and aspirations, unite the whole PNTC Colleges Corps of Midshipmen; promote the intellectual, social, cultural, physical and moral development, enhance the general welfare in consonance with the Mission-Vision of the institution depends the right and interest of our fellow midshipmen. Protect our freedom from suspension and foster harmonious relationship among midshipmen, faculty, personnel, and administration in order to secure in ourselves the national concern for the advancement and unity of the Filipino people, do ordain and promulgate this Constitution.
