KCC Mall of Gensan is looking for Operations Supervisor

The ideal candidate is responsible for supervising over-all performance of the department from people handling, managing workflow, merchandise monitoring (saleable and non-saleable) and displays. Making propose orders and maintains sufficient stock level within the department.

Responsibilities:
• Monitor manpower such as personnel distribution, availability of manpower during peak hours, selling ability, productivity, behavior and conduct, attendance and punctuality, and evaluation of performances.
• Monitor merchandise such as prices, stocks sufficiency, quality, inventory level, propose orders, and replenishment.
• Address customers' complaints and handling merchandise returns and discounts.
• Train and orient newly hired employees about basic selling techniques, company’s rules and regulations, and product knowledge.

Qualifications
• Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree
• Preferably with related work experience
• Has Leadership skills
• Good communication skills
• Impressive sales and negotiation skills
• Knowledge on sorting files and inventory
