✨ WE’RE HIRING: Customer Service Representatives (VA Role) ✨
At L&L Lifeworks, we’re looking for a rockstar Customer Service Representatives to support a fast-growing e-commerce brand.
If you’re passionate about helping customers, love solving problems, and thrive in a fast-paced environment—this might be for you!
🔍 What you’ll do:
• Handle customer inquiries via email and calls with confidence and empathy
• Assist customers with orders, subscriptions, billing, and product inquiries
• Manage subscription accounts (cancellations, modifications, reactivations, upsells)
• Provide clear, accurate product information (dosage, usage, benefits, etc.)
• Resolve concerns efficiently while maintaining a customer-first experience
• Document interactions and follow internal processes for QA and compliance
💡 What we’re looking for:
• Proven experience in Customer Support / Virtual Assistant roles
• Strong background in email handling and inbound/outbound calls
• Familiarity with subscription-based services (a big plus!)
• Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
• Ability to build rapport and retain customers through meaningful conversations
• Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Zendesk, Gorgias, Intercom, Richpanel, subscription tools, etc.) is a plus

L&L Lifeworks is growing and we're looking for talented video editors to join our team on an ad-hoc basis. This is a specialized role (or two!) for editors who know their craft and want to work with a fitness/wellness brand that takes quality seriously.

🎯 WHAT WE NEED
We're looking for help across two types of content:
1️⃣ Ad Creative Editor
Edit high-converting paid ad creatives for Meta & TikTok — UGC-style variations, client testimonials, motion graphics, captions, overlays, and polished short-form content built to perform.
2️⃣ App Tutorial Editor (one-off project)
Produce a clean, structured walkthrough video for our custom-branded fitness app — a 'how to use' guide we'll send to new customers as part of their onboarding. The app is being finalised in approx. 2 weeks, so timing is ideal.
📌 These can be the same person or two different editors — we're open to both!

✅ RESPONSIBILITIES
• Edit paid ad creatives for Meta & TikTok
• Create UGC-style ad variations
• Edit client testimonial videos
• Produce app tutorial/walkthrough videos
