🗂️Qualifications:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or a related field
✔ CPA license is an advantage, but not required
✔ At least 3 years of relevant accounting experience
✔ Previous supervisory experience or experience leading accounting functions is preferred
✔ Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, reconciliations, and compliance
✔ Familiarity with accounting systems and spreadsheet tools
✔ Experience in audit support and financial analysis is an advantage
FACILITIES MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR
🗂️Qualifications:
✔ Technical knowledge in electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and generator systems.
✔ Experience in facilities or building maintenance supervision.
✔ Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
✔ Ability to manage manpower, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure.
✔ Good communication and coordination skills.
✔ Knowledge of safety standards and preventive maintenance practices.
ACCOUNTS PAYABLE ASSISTANT
🗂️Qualifications:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or Accountancy and Information Systems
✔ Experience in Accounts Receivable or general accounting is an advantage
✔ Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in handling financial records
✔ Knowledge of basic accounting principles and reconciliation
✔ Proficient in MS Excel or accounting software
✔ Good communication and coordination skills
✔ Open to fresh graduates
ADMIN STAFF
🗂️Qualifications:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Office Administration, Hospitality Management, Property Management, or a related field is preferred.
✔ At least 1–2 years of experience in administrative support, facilities coordination, property administration, dormitory/boarding house management, or a similar role.
✔ Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and email correspondence.
✔ Strong organizational and recordkeeping skills with attention to detail.
✔ Good communication and interpersonal skills.
✔ Able to coordinate effectively with trainees, finance personnel, and service providers.
✔ Basic knowledge of billing preparation, inventory monitoring, and report generation.
✔ Ability to handle multiple tasks and work with minimal supervision.
✔ Trustworthy, dependable, and able to maintain confidentiality of records and transactions.

SOCIAL WORKER
🗂️Qualifications:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Social Worker
✔ Relevant experience in case handling, welfare support, counseling support, student affairs, or community work
✔ Strong interpersonal, listening, and conflict resolution skills
✔ Ability to handle confidential and sensitive cases with professionalism
✔ Good written documentation and report-writing skills
✔ Able to work collaboratively with internal teams and respond appropriately to welfare concerns
✔ Licensed Social Worker is highly preferred
✔ Experience working with youth, trainees, students, or residential communities
✔ Background in welfare programs, psychosocial interventions, or case management
✔ Familiarity with incident documentation and referral/escalation processes
