Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Direct and coordinate human resource activities such as employment, compensation, benefits, labor relations, training, or other employee services
2. Develop internal policies or directives on company policies
3. Ensure that these policies comply with the law
4. Respond to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, or programs
5. Provide guidance or counseling to management
6. Recruit, interview, test, or select candidates to fill vacant positions
7. Coordinates or conducts training and other employee development activities
8. Investigates accidents or incidents and prepares the necessary reports
